How do I specify a shipment method?

 

You cannot specify a shipping method. We send it the most cost effective way with tracking to keep your costs low. Our shipping software in the warehouse, Clippership, will rate shop when your finished package is weighed and select the the most economical method of shipping based on weight and destination.

We ship by ground by either UPS, USPS or UPS Surepost

USPS First Class Parcel
USPS Priority Mail
UPS Ground
UPS SurePost

UPS Surepost is faster than USPS but cheaper than UPS Ground. WIth Surepost UPS takes the box to the NEAREST POST OFFICE and lets the letter carrier deliver "the last mile" to the consumer's home.

Clippership will automatically select USPS for PO boxes and APO and FPO since UPS cannot deliver to those.

 

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is 10 days from date of shipment from our shipping facility. However a RMA is REQUIRED (Return Merchandise Authorization #) or the return will not be processed. There is also a 15% restocking fee and we do not refund outbound postage.

 

All returns for "buyers remorse"(change of mind) are subject to 15% restocking fee and no refund is made for cost of outbound shipping cost. All returned Product(s) must be undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold.

 

 

 

Any order discrepancies must be reported to support@ecofriendlyhomeandwellnessproducts.com within 10 days from the shipment date. The email needs to include an INVOICE#, ORDER#, and the SKU# or UPC# of the items received in error. All returned Product(s) must be undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold.

 

 

 

 

 

a) EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts will accept returns for a limited period and for specific reasons. All returned Product(s) must be undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold.

 

b) Pre-approval for returns must be received by EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts within 10 days from the shipment date of the Product to the shipping destination. Pre-approval shall be obtained by contacting EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts at ecofriendlyhomeandwellness@comcast.net for a RMA #. The RMA # must be assigned by EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts before the Product is shipped back to EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts. Any product defect issues past this 10 day period must be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the Product.

 

(c) EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts shall establish a return address for the processing of Products returned by Purchasers or end-users to EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts. Products returned by Purchasers or end-users to EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts must be returned to the address specified in the RMA as issued and at the expense of CUSTOMER. Subject to EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts's authorization and the conditions set forth herein, Products will be returnable to EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts for credit to CUSTOMER. Credits will be issued for Products returned in the original packing and in re-sellable condition. If the manufacturer of a Product does not permit EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts to return the Product, EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts may withhold authorization to return the Product from CUSTOMER. All returns for "buyers remorse" are subject to 15% restocking fee and no refund is made for cost of outbound shipping cost.

 

(d) Any return Product that arrives to EcoFriendlyHomeandWellnessProducts used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. CUSTOMER will be notified of rejected returns via email, and may request that the products be sent to them at their expense, plus a service fee.
